I HAVE A MIGRAINE!!

I've had a headache for 4 days...It freaking blows. Does aspirin help? NO! Does sleep help? Nope! Does Vicodin help? NO! Caffeine? Nada! Drinking a 6-pack? Lo siento!

I'm at my wits end. The last time I had a headache like this, I had it for 2-3 weeks. I think it may be due to pulling a muscle in my neck...Is that possible??! If it doesn't go away soon, I think I may go get a massage. I really miss having health insurance...boo hoo.
