Winn & Sims - Silly (nice word for stupid?) Lawyers

Everytime I read the following site about Winn and Sims Law Firm:

It just keeps getting better. What a bunch of morons! Apparently any ol' jerkoff can get a law degree nowadays...

Maybe anyone can get a law degree, but I've heard that passing the California Bar is very difficult. A friend of mine, who is extremely bright (she speaks several languages), failed on her first attempt. This 1995 article says 59% passed it back then, but this 2005 article gives the figure as 40%. That's a pretty harsh curve!!

It also does not mean that you will run your business ethically, as shown by the Winn and Sims Better Business Bureau record.
