Name That Kitten
We were just trying to go to dinner and we ended up adopting a kitten...We were driving down a dark highyccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccAΩ≥≥≥AA... Okay, let's try this againd...0...(the kitten keeps walking across my laptop. Sorry!) Any how, we were driving down a dark highway on our way to dinner and this little guy was sitting in the middle of the road:
Stefan swerved to miss him, but we still ended up running over him. Luckly, Stefan swerved enough so he went between the wheels and did not get hit. So, long story short, we stopped the car and Stefan plucked him out of the street just before the next car came around the bend. And there you have it. We have a kitten. What else could we have done...
So, our new kitten need a name! Any suggestions?
No, I don't have huge feet, the kitten is just muy pequeno!
After talking to my mom (who knows an insane amount of information about animals. Especially for a programmer...), this kitty is about 4.5 weeks old and is most likely a male.
Did you know that the majority (80% or so) of orange cats are males? And that all calico colored cats are females or hermaphrodites? That is what I learned from Robin today...interesting, eh?

I'm all out. Weird cosmic convergence of the night? I was watching a Smallville rerun while eating dinner, and saw part of an episode where breast-augmented Lois Lane was driving back to Smallville and hit a dog with her car, one that ended up being Krypto, the super-dog. I finished dinner and hit my laptop, and found the story of you guys almost hitting a cat. Interesting... Don't blame me if the cat suddenly starts flying...

He's so cute.
What springs to mind initially is "Monkey Food" but hopefully they will get along. He looks like a "Bundle" to me.=)

Haha...Yes, just off the top of your head, Michael. You've got some mad brainstorming skills, fo' sho'! Those are some good ones. Funny, "Purina Kuta Chow" is the 1st thing that came to my mind when I came to terms that we were bringing a kitten home...
Bulbboy - Surprisingly enough, Monkey LOVES cats. Ever since she was a puppy, she would let the neighbors cat beat the hell out of her and she would just love it, as long as the cat let her hang out. Kuta, on the other hand, is the one I'm most worried about. He was raised around cats when he was a puppy, but it's been so long that his primal instincts seem to take over when ever he hears a cat, or even the word "kitty", will send him into heavy breathing search and destroy mode. We carefully introduced everyone, but we are taking extreme caution and keeping the kitten separated until the dogs get used to having him around.
